Breathe is a Hip Hop magazine that highlights how different
cultures around the world use Hip Hop and R&B as a form of
therapy and mental health support. From entertainment to
education to therapy, the benefits of Hip Hop music are multi-
dimensional. In a world that pushes the negative asepcts of
the genre to the forefront, we felt it was imperative that
we highlight the ways Hip Hop has been and is being used
to positively change lives and heal communities.
